Return Policy

Purchased products can be returned for any reason within 14 days following direct authorization through our customer service emailing marketing@vittoria-shoes.com

Restrictions may be applied in the following circumstances:
- Made-to-order (for example: Speedplay® shoes)
- Limited Edition products

Custom products CANNOT be returned. Returned products must be in their original condition, complete with their packaging, labels, manuals and everything else was included in the package.

The return will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
- Used product
- Damaged product
- Worn product
- Washed product
- Presence of any sign of cleat installation
- Missing accessories

If the returned product meets these criteria, the refund will be processed as requested. In case of wrong size or if it was not possible to delivery the package due to a lack from the customer, the shipping costs will be covered by the customer and we will proceed with a partial refund charging the related cost (custom duties, return shipment, etc). In case of factory defects, not caused by improper use, shipping costs will be covered by Vittoria s.r.l.
