In order to proceed to change the size of the shoes, please contact to marketing@vittoria-shoes.com with your request. Once a member of our team confirm availability and delivery time you can return the shoes to our address (at customer expenses) and we will proceed with the shipping of the right size (free shipping) once we receive the return.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

It is possible to return any product with prior approval contacting us by email or by phone within 30 days from delivery.

HOW LONG WILL TAKE TO DELIVERY MY ORDER

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Inside of Italy it will normally take from 24 hours up to 72 hours in the worst case scenario of isles and places without distribution centres. For the rest of Europe delivery times can vary between 2 to 5 working days from the moment the package has been shipped. The clients will receive an email from the courier with the tracking number.

If the returned product meets applicable criteria, the refund will be processed as requested. Once we have received the return, credits will be processed as soon as possible but may take several days to show up on account.

UK SHIPPING POLICY - BREXIT UPDATE

Allows orders over 160€ for UK. Taxes and custom duties will be charge to the client.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY SHOES?

Wash with cool water and nautral agent. Do not wash in washing-machine or with air/water pressure. Leave the shoes to dry in shared environment with sufficient air flow. Do not put them to dry in direct sunlight or direct heat source.

SPEEDPLAY SOLE

It is possible to make all our models with 4 bolt sole compatible with Speedplay cleats by request. as the shoes are made to order there is not the possibility to return or change size. For further information and support please get in touch with our client service: marketing@vittoria-shoes.com. Please note that sizes from 42 to 43.5 are not available with the Speedplay sole option.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 1976 CLASSIC NYLON MODEL AND SPD MODEL

The 1976 Classic Nylon model is made with a 3 bolt sole compatible with Look pedals and also is compatible with our 1976 Cleats that are included inside the box on this model. The 1976 Classic SPD instead is made with our SPD Rubber Touring sole with 2 bolt compatible with SPD pedals and is confortable for walking.
